Rental Terms and Conditions

  • All rentals require 50% down payment 60 days prior to meet
  • Check or Credit Card: Master Card or VISA only please!
  • All shipping charges additional and paid by customer
  • Rentals shipped to arrive one (1) week prior to event date
  • Balance of rental fees due upon delivery, C.O.D
  • On-site support available: $500/day plus all applicable travel and living expenses
  • Late fees for rentals not returned within one week of event

Rental Program

Elite Technology Company has a limited supply of rental scoring systems that can be reserved for competitive events.  Reservations are made on a first come, first served basis and all reservations require 50% of total estimated rental fees paid in advance to hold equipment for specified dates.  Down payments on rental plans must be received at least 60days prior to event date to guarantee equipment availability. Customers are responsible for all freight, insurance, and handling costs associated with the rental contract.  In some instances, a security deposit may be required.  All shipments must be insured for full amount of equipment value.

MDX IV Womens Rental Package

Price:  $600.00/day; two (2) day minimum rental required. 

Women’s Meet Package includes:

  • MDX IV Scoreboard with two tri-pod stands
  • Four (4) Wireless Palm Pilot Score Data Entry Terminals
  • Laptop Computer with latest version Score Master software
  • PC-Link Wireless Network Adapter
  • Spare Parts Kit.   Flash Memory Stick.  No Printer.
Additional Palm Pilot Terminals $50/day each

MDX VI Mens Rental Package

Price:  $700.00/day; two (2) day minimum rental required. 

Men’s Meet Package includes:

  • MDX IV Scoreboard with two tri-pod stands
  • Six (6) Wireless Palm Pilot Score Data Entry Terminals
  • Laptop Computer with latest version Score Master software
  • PC-Link Wireless Network Adapter

EliteScore Classic Rental Package

Price:  $800.00/day; two (2) day minimum rental required.
Classic scoreboards feature large 9” digits. No text.

Women’s or Men’s Meet Package includes:

  • Classic Women’s Scoreboard with two tri-pod stands
  • Four (4) Wireless Palm Pilot Score Data Entry Terminals. Six (6) for Men’s package
  • Laptop Computer with latest version Score Master software
  • PC-Link Wireless Network Adapter

Elite PLUS Support

For larger, high profile meets where multiple equipments sets may be rented, Elite Technology Company can provide the services of a qualified Field Engineer to assist with equipment set-up, testing, and training of the meet personnel who will be operating the scoring equipment. Further, field engineer will be on-site to troubleshoot any problems and to insure 100% equipment availability.

Price: $500/day plus all travel and living expenses.

This service does provide for an emergency spare parts consignment kit that the field engineer will bring to meet site.
